Location & Price
Poor lighting - bulb in lamp didnt go and no lampshade, and light in kitchen didnt go, also not a proper bed! More like camp stretcher

The room was nice, fully-equipped, brand-new, with lovely views from the balcony when I arrived, the service was excellent, and the location was comfortable.

Location
Street and internal appeal - very poor! When my wife collected the key and the parking station key, she coomented, "what have we got ourselves into here? It looks like a prison inside." I agreed when I saw it but the rooms themselves were adequate.

Was very average. Picture looks better than it is.
Not many utensils if your looking to cook dinner. No frying pan just a couple pots & plates no free condiments like majority of apartments & hotels I.e tea & coffee. A bit skeptical on clenliness of sheets & towels had a brown reddish stain on blanket & smelt like curry or bad odur in a certain spot... A few cups were still wet inside & felt like I had to re-wash the forks & spoons they had dried liquid on it..Okay if your wanting a very very average place. Good price though.

Thought that the understanding by the staff that the booking may need to be cancelled was excellent. Staff were helpful, location was close to what we needed. A little noisy on the Saturday night, but not too bad.

We loved the location eg. Supermarket a couple of blocks away, and is very central. We really loved the winter special price as this made the trip possible, please keep that up and see you next year. The apartment has a beautiful evening veiw (sunset). Fantastic wee oven and half dishwasher all mod.con'S. And awesome shower.
The bed in room 9c is tired and needs replacing as after 6 sleeps we were both in trouble with sore backs pins and needles. There was also an old used drink bottle under the bed. But we will be back, Murray was really helpful and gave us a heater when the aircon did'nt go, we have no problem reconmending to other family and friends. Thank you very much for our lovely stay.

We had a nice stay at Waldorf for one month. The staff of the apartment were very nice and cordial. The location of the hotel was excellent , very calm and quiet place too. Very neat and clean also. All the facilities were there, cooking washing and etc, it was worth staying there and I recommend this hotel to others also. Next time when i go i would prefer to stay there only.
